I have always been fascinated with health and fitness. It’s such an amazing tool that can change your life completely to so much better. If only more people knew how powerful this tool is…
I can safely say that healthy eating and fitness is my passion and a great hobby of mine. Over the years, I have experimented with various diets, including Paleo, Sugar Detox and all-fruit diet.
This, by no means, makes me an expert on the subject matter. That is why I am not going to write about what is the correct way to loose weight and remain fit. It is your journey. However, I am more interested in sharing my own experiences with others out there, hoping that it might be of some use.
This blog is my journey in to my attempt to being healthy and fit myself and find a perfect balance between eating healthy and staying fit. I will write about various topics that are essential (to me) to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I do realise that it is not very easy to lose the weight you have gained over the years, but trust me when I say this, it is even harder to maintain it as it requires a big change in your life style and eating habits.
So in my blog, I will try to share my experiences and opinions on healthy eating. I hope that it can help you to understand how to know better your body, be more aware of what you eat and start making conscious food choices that will be good for you and make you feel and look better.
I can’t really emphasise enough how important your diet is. I truly believe that our body is the temple for our soul and we should take care of it by feeding it properly. I don’t understand people who treat their body like a refuse bin and stuff it with crappy/unhealthy food without even thinking. So our first aim should be to make conscious decisions about our eating habits and thing before we eat.
If we are conscious about our dietary choices, it won’t be long before we start observing the benefits:
- Higher energy levels
- Less fatigue
- Better looking skin
- Improved Self-esteem
